Our bread is freshly baked each morning here by Rich and Giles. Sourdough Rye and Borodinsky are usually baked mid week - tho nothing is usual right now….. The Abbey is made with 100% Mulika farm wheat, and the sourdough has a percentage of farm wheat too.

Please let us know in the box for notes at bottom of order if you are happy to have frozen bread if none fresh available. It is frozen on the day of baking. This is really helpful for us right now as demand is v sporadic and we hate waste……
